How can I connect my device to the display in a meeting room? ( Eshare )

This article covers the topic of connecting to the large displays present in all of our meeting rooms.

To begin, you will need to check 3 things:

• Your device ( laptop/tablet/phone ) is connected to "Land Sterling Meeting" Wi-Fi.
• Your device has Eshare installed and configured.
• The large display is turned on and showing the Eshare meeting room details.

If you have any issues with the 3 items described above, please contact the IT department for assistance.

After confirming the name of the meeting room from the wall-mounted display, open Eshare on your device and look for the matching name in the device list.

Once you have located the same display, click the "connect" button next to it.

You will be prompted for a password. Enter the 6 numbers shown on the wall-mounted display and press OK to connect.

Once this is done, simply click "Share screen" and your screen will begin casting.

After you have finished your presentation and are ready to exit the meeting room, do not forget to disconnect your device from the display and switch back to LAND STERLING Wi-Fi.
